Build Your Trainer Roster
Share your invite code with trainers at your facility. They register as facility trainers and appear on your roster in the facility dashboard. You can review profile status, GBI verification, and remove trainers when needed. While your facility subscription is active, roster trainers inherit premium access—no separate $25/mo trainer subscription required.
Get on the Geolocator Map
Your facility appears as its own pin on AthLead's Find a Trainer map—separate from individual trainers. Athletes and families search by ZIP, city, or sport and discover your facility with trainer count, sports offered, and location. Facility-linked trainers are grouped under your facility pin, not scattered as individual listings.
Brand Your Facility on AthLead Live
When your trainers post training videos to AthLead Live, a facility badge appears on their clips—showing your facility name and logo. Athletes see who trains at your facility before they book. Facility owners can also upload content directly from the dashboard.

Two Ways Trainers Connect
Facility Trainer (Roster)
Trainers register with your facility invite code and join your roster. They inherit your facility subscription while linked. If your facility subscription lapses, trainers revert to independent status and must subscribe on their own.
Independent Trainer (Badge Link)
Independent trainers who bill on their own can optionally link to your facility for badge display on AthLead Live—without changing their billing. They keep their $25/mo subscription and show your facility name on their videos.
Subscription & Founder Program
AthLead is free for athletes. Training facilities subscribe at $75/month to unlock roster management, geolocator placement, and AthLead Live branding.
AthLead Training Facility — $75/mo
One subscription covers your facility owner account and premium access for all trainers on your roster. Includes facility invite code, geolocator pin, roster dashboard, and facility badges on AthLead Live. Subscribe through secure Stripe checkout—cancel anytime from your billing portal.
Founding Facility Demo
Training facilities in our launch markets can apply for a founding cohort: two months of complimentary platform access while you onboard trainers, appear on the geolocator, and publish AthLead Live content. Sign the Founding Facility Demo Agreement, upload your PDF, and create your profile to activate Founding Facility perks. After your complimentary period ends, continue at $75/month.
