How do I find a trainer?
Use the Search or Map tab to browse verified trainers. You can filter by sport, location (ZIP code), and availability. Tap a trainer to view their profile and book a session.

How do I book a session?
Open a trainer's profile and tap "Book Session." Choose a date and time from their availability. The trainer will receive your request and can confirm or suggest another time.

What if I need to cancel?
Go to your Athlete Dashboard, find the booking, and tap Cancel. Please cancel as early as possible so the trainer can open the slot for others.
For Trainers

How do I get verified?
Submit your Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card during registration. Our team verifies your credentials before your profile goes live. You'll get a notification once you're approved. For Georgia, submit your verified GBI background check, and our team will verify in the same way in which we go about fingerprint clearance cards.

How do I set my availability?
In your Trainer Profile, open "Availability" and set your weekly schedule. Add time slots for each day you want to accept bookings. Athletes will only see times you mark as available.

When do I get paid?
Payment and payout terms are handled according to your agreement with AthLead.

How do I join a team?
If you have a 6-character invite code from your coach, go to Join Team (from the app menu or athlete home) and enter the code. You must be registered as an athlete to join.

Where is the team chat?
From your dashboard, tap your team to open the Locker Room (team chat) and team schedule. Coaches and team members can post updates and events there.

Yes. We use industry-standard practices to protect your account and personal information. Passwords are hashed and we do not store payment details on your device.
