Become an AthLead Founding Training Facility (Arizona Launch)
We are inviting a small cohort of training facilities in Phoenix and across Arizona to help shape AthLead's facility network before our wider rollout. Review the program below, download the demo agreement, upload your signed copy, then finish your facility profile.
Program benefits
- Two months of free platform access while you are in the founding cohort — manage your trainer roster, invite trainers, and display your facility on the AthLead geolocator without standard subscription fees during the pilot window.
- Prioritized search and geolocator placement for Arizona launch, helping local athletes and families discover your facility earlier as we light up the map in your area.
Facility obligations
- Complete your facility profile within 7 days of activation, including name, address, sports, hours, and logo.
- Invite and onboard at least one (1) active trainer within your first 14 days.
- Your linked trainers must collectively upload three (3) training or facility videos to AthLead Live within the first 30 days.
- Your first video is due within 7 days of activation so athletes and our team can see your facility in action right away.
- Ensure all linked trainers submit a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for AthLead's verification system.
- Maintain professional conduct and follow AthLead community standards.
Facility demo contract
Download the blank agreement, sign it, then upload the PDF securely. Your file is stored privately under your AthLead user id and linked to your demo program application.
